Master Tech Automotive is operated as a God centered business. We define our principles to remind us what we stand for. They set expectations and establish boundaries. These values are not listed just as a promotional tool. You can see that they are employee focused to not only deliver superior customer service but also provide for the welfare of the employees and the business. Felicia and Michael Searcy are active in local church activities. Felicia pioneered Unity Church of Life and has been its minister since 2001. Felicia taught in the public school system for 20 years prior to becoming a minister. Michael was an engineer for the Tennessee Valley Authority prior to opening his auto repair facility. Michael is the past president of the TVA Engineering Association.
